Responsibilities

• Prepare and analyze reports to reflect current project status: monthly cost, weekly labor/equipment, trimester forecast, annual audit requests.
• Prepare billing requisitions to owners at month end.
• Prepare periodic payments, accrual entries, and contract modifications for subcontractors/vendors.
• Recap and prepare Time and Material submittals for payment.
• Estimate and prepare change proposals.
• Advise on budget structure for field teams.
• Duties may relate to one project or multiple projects.

Description

• Responsible for reporting project level monthly closing of job cost and analysis of variations.
• Collects and tracks progress of work through quantities to be used in billing and progress reviews.
• Preparation of the forecast every four months, including setting targets for revenue, profit, billing and collections.
• Preparation and analysis of the following reports to ensure they accurately reflect the current project status: monthly cost report, weekly labor and equipment tracking, trimester forecast reporting, and annual audit requests.
• Preparation of billing requisition to be submitted to the owner at the end of each month.
• Preparation of periodic payments, accrual entries, and contract modifications for subcontractors and vendors.
• Recaps and prepares Time and Material submittals for payment.
• Estimates and prepares change proposals.
• Provides assistance and knowledge regarding budget structure for the field teams.
• Duties may relate to one project or across multiple projects

Performs other related duties as required and assigned.
