Responsibilities

• Report project level monthly closing of job cost and analysis of variations.
• Collect and track progress of work through quantities for billing and reviews.
• Prepare four-month forecasts including revenue, profit, billing and collections.
• Analyze reports to reflect current project status: monthly cost, weekly labor, etc.
• Prepare billing requisitions for owner monthly.
• Prepare periodic payments, accruals, and contract modifications for subs and vendors.
• Recap Time and Material submittals for payment.
• Estimate and prepare change proposals.
• Support budget structure for field teams.
• Duties may relate to one project or across multiple projects.
