Job summary

Addev Materials Healthcare (AMH) in Menomonee Falls, WI is seeking a Cost Controller to partner with Operations and Accounting to drive financial performance and ensure accurate reporting across multiple facilities.

The role leads budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and inventory accounting while driving process improvements, strengthening internal controls, and optimizing ERP systems to enhance operational and financial effectiveness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance required.
• Experience supporting complex, multi-entity operations.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP, financial analysis, internal controls and modern financial systems, with accuracy and compliance.

The Role

Partner with Operations and Accounting teams to drive financial performance, support strategic decision-making, and ensure accurate financial reporting across multiple facilities. Lead budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and inventory accounting while providing insights that improve business results. Champion process improvements, strengthen internal controls, and optimize ERP systems to enhance operational and financial effectiveness.

The Ideal Candidate Will Have

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance
• Experience supporting complex, multi-entity operations
• Strong knowledge of GAAP, financial analysis, internal controls and modern financial systems, along with a proven ability to ensure accuracy and compliance
