Job summary

TSMC Arizona is seeking a Cost Control Specialist for the New FAB Design Department in Phoenix, AZ. You will manage bidding, prepare cost estimates, develop forecasts, and produce regular financial reports to support project teams.

Ideal candidates have a bachelor's in Engineering/Finance/Construction Management, data-analysis experience, and bilingual English/Chinese communication with Taiwan partners. On-site role with competitive benefits and a path to growth within a leading semiconductor

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Finance, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Degree program or extracurricular activities must involve data analysis or construction-related coursework.
• Bilingual ability in English and Chinese for communication with Taiwan partners.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate the bidding process internally and externally.
• Prepare detailed cost estimations and benchmarks for various projects.
• Develop regular progress reports, cost forecasts, and financial reports.
• Perform data entry, reporting, and analysis using Microsoft Excel.
• Collaborate with project teams to support documentation and scheduling tasks.
• Execute other administrative duties as assigned.
