Job summary

TSMC Arizona is seeking a Cost Control Specialist for the New FAB Design Department to join the F21 FAB project in Phoenix, AZ. You will contribute to cost estimation, project budgeting, and financial reporting, collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive cost efficiency.

Requirements include a Bachelor's degree in engineering, finance, or related field, plus data analysis skills and English/Chinese communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Finance, Construction Management, or related field.
• Degree program or coursework must involve data analysis if no work experience.
• Bilingual ability in English and Chinese for communication with partners in Taiwan.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate bidding processes internally and externally.
• Prepare detailed cost estimations and benchmarks for projects.
• Develop regular cost reports, forecasts, and financial analyses.
• Perform data entry, reporting, and Excel-based analysis.
• Collaborate with project teams to support documentation and scheduling.
• Execute other administrative duties as assigned.
