• Prepare detailed cost estimations and benchmarks.
• Anticipate risks and develop preventative solutions.
• Prepare regular progress reports and financial analysis.
• Cross-organizational communication and problem-solving.
• Project management in civil/structural engineering and architecture.
• Cost management related to design changes and project schedules.
