Job summary

TSMC Arizona seeks a Cost Control Specialist for the New FAB Design Department in Phoenix. You will prepare cost estimates, run forecasts, and support project finance with Excel-driven analyses on our F21 FAB initiative.

Ideal candidates hold a bachelor's in Engineering, Finance, or Construction Management, have data-analysis chops, and can communicate with Taiwan partners in English and Chinese. On-site work ensures close collaboration with project teams in a semiconductor environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Finance, Construction Management, or related field.
• Degree program or coursework must involve data analysis or construction-related topics for candidates with no work experience.
• Bilingual ability in English and Chinese for communication with Taiwan partners.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate bidding processes.
• Prepare detailed cost estimations and benchmarks for projects.
• Develop cost forecasts and financial reports.
• Perform data entry, reporting, and analysis using Excel.
• Collaborate with project teams to support documentation and scheduling.
• Execute other administrative duties as assigned.
