Job summary

TSMC Arizona is seeking a CSA Cost and Control engineer to support the construction of leading-edge fabs in Phoenix, AZ. You will drive budget planning, cost monitoring, and coordination across civil, structural, and architectural disciplines to ensure project success.

Qualifications include a Bachelor's degree and strong Excel skills, with experience in cost estimation and risk analysis. This on-site role offers the chance to work at the forefront of semiconductor manufacturing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Finance, Construction Management or related field.
• Advanced Excel skill, familiarity with estimate software and project management methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Develop, monitor and report budget for construction projects.
• Manage bidding processes internally and externally.
• Prepare detailed cost estimates and benchmarks.
• Conduct cost-benefit analyses to support decisions.
• Prepare progress reports, cost forecasts and financial analysis.
• Coordinate cross-organizational communication and document control.
• Oversee project management across civil, structural and architectural fields.
• Manage cost budgets, bids and design-change decisions.
