Job summary

TSMC Arizona is seeking a CSA Cost and Control engineer to lead budget development and cost management for its cutting-edge semiconductor construction projects in Phoenix. The role covers cost estimation, bidding oversight, and cross-functional coordination to ensure financial discipline across civil, structural, and architectural workstreams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Finance, Construction Management or related field.
• Advanced Excel and familiarity with estimate software and project management methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Develop, monitor, and report budget for the construction of new project.
• Manage and coordinate the bidding process internally and externally.
• Prepare detailed cost estimation and benchmark for various project.
• Cost management that includes design change decisions based on project schedule and budgets.
• Prepare regular progress reports, cost forecasts, and financial analysis.
• Cross-organizational communication, coordination, and problem-solving.
• Managing technical and commercial documents.
