Job summary

LPL Financial is seeking a dedicated professional to join the Client and Government Reporting team in Tempe, handling cost basis and tax reporting while supporting inbound calls from service teams and collaborating with Financial Professionals to resolve inquiries.

You will review accounts, perform reconciliations, and ensure compliance with corporate and regulatory policies. Strong Excel skills and cost basis experience are highly valued for delivering accurate client service.

Qualifications

1+ years of customer service experience.
Cost Basis experience.
Microsoft Excel proficiency.

Responsibilities

Answer inbound calls from the Service teams.
Research and perform related processing for service requests.
Review accounts and perform reconciliation to ensure compliance with corporate and regulatory policies and procedures.
Perform daily quality control, manage error rates and perform exception review processing.
Effectively communicate with advisors and other operational groups to resolve various account discrepancies.
Be proactive and remain cognizant of deadlines and regulatory requirements.
Recognize issues, problems, or opportunities and determine whether action is required.
Make connections and offers creative recommendations on how to solve business challenges.
Assist with projects, UAT Testing and audits.
