Job summary

LPL Financial is seeking a Customer Service professional to support the Client and Government Reporting team in cost basis and tax reporting processes. The role focuses on inbound service requests, data reconciliation, and collaboration with advisors and internal teams to ensure accuracy and regulatory compliance.

Ideal candidates bring 1+ year of customer service experience, cost basis knowledge, and strong Excel skills to deliver accurate resolutions while maintaining a high standard of client

Qualifications

• 1+ year of customer service experience.
• Cost Basis experience or knowledge.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel and standard applications.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls from Service teams and research requests.
• Review accounts and reconcile to ensure policy compliance.
• Perform daily quality control and manage error rates.
• Communicate with advisors and other groups to resolve discrepancies.
• Meet deadlines and stay aware of regulatory requirements.
• Identify issues and offer solutions to business challenges.
• Assist with projects, UAT testing and audits.
