Job summary

K&A Engineering in Westwood, Massachusetts, is seeking a Cost Analyst II to join our team on challenging energy projects. You will develop and maintain owner cost sheets, analyze controls reports, and coordinate commitments with project teams.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree and at least five years in cost analytics or related fields, strong Excel skills, and proficiency with Powerplant and Maximo. This hybrid role offers growth and a People-First culture.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university in a related field.
Five years of experience in cost analytics, finance, program management, project management, accounting, or operations.
Experience with cost tracking, forecasting, budgets and accounting principles.
Strong Excel skills and ability to interact with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Develop, implement, and maintain Owner cost sheets.
Analyze project controls reports and present findings to project management.
Coordinate the preparation of project work orders and ensure proper accounting strings.
Monitor and communicate project cash flows and forecasts with the project team.
Support the integration and use of E-Builder and project closeout activities.
