Job summary

W.R. Case in Bradford, PA is seeking an office hourly, full‑time data/ERP administrator to input and maintain bills of materials and routings for all products and processes. You will set up master routings, time standards and operations for new items and implement ECN changes in the ERP system.

The role requires meticulous data entry and attention to detail to prevent costing errors. Associate degree preferred with proficiency in Microsoft Office; AX knowledge is a plus.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration or equivalent preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word and Excel) required; AX knowledge a plus.

Responsibilities

• Input and maintain appropriate bills of materials and routings for all products and processes.
• Set up master routings, time standards and operations for new products and processes.
• Apply appropriate time standards changes within the information system.
• Review and implement all ECN changes within the information system.
• Close attention to detail to prevent mistakes when inputting data to our ERP system; mistakes could affect costing.
• Create pilot work orders.
• Create work orders for samples.
• Fill out and process SFO excess sheets.
