Job summary

Liberty Personnel Services, Inc. is seeking a Cost Analyst for the Lehigh Valley facility to partner with plant leadership on financial analysis, cost reporting, and performance optimization.

The role provides high-visibility work with operations and finance leadership, owning analysis of plant P&L, costs, variances, and reporting, while building dashboards to drive cost savings and improved performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field.
• FP&A, manufacturing finance, or cost accounting experience.
• Strong analytical and Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyze plant P&L, costs, variances, and financial performance
• Track inventory, yield, OEE, and cost per ton
• Analyze margins by product/SKU and identify cost-saving opportunities
• Support monthly close, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting
• Prepare financial presentations for plant leadership
• Build dashboards and tools to improve financial and operational reporting
• Partner with operations, supply chain, quality, maintenance, and finance teams
