Job summary

AccruePartners is seeking a skilled finance professional to join our manufacturing finance team in Huntersville, NC. You will drive meaningful financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and KPI reporting to optimize profitability and operational performance.

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field with 3+ years in financial analysis, controlling, or accounting in manufacturing.
  • Strong understanding of budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, inventory, and variance analysis.
  • Experience with SAP and advanced Excel to build models and improve reporting accuracy.
  • Collaborative, analytical, and able to communicate with cross‑functional teams and uphold ethics.

  • Experience leveraging SAP and advanced Excel to analyze financial data, develop models, and improve reporting accuracy and operational decision‑making.

  • A collaborative professional with exceptional analytical, communication, and problem‑solving skills who thrives partnering with cross‑functional teams and maintaining high ethical standards.

  • Experience with Power BI, Tableau, internal controls, regulatory compliance, or an advanced degree is considered a plus.
