Job summary

The role requires 7+ years in cost analysis or project controls, strong analytical and communication skills, and experience leading teams.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of cost analysis, cost control, or project controls experience in complex engineering/construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of cost management principles, processes, systems and tools.
• Ability to translate detailed cost data into actionable recommendations.
• Experience preparing cost reports, forecasts, and management information.
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams and communicate with leadership.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate cost analysis activities across major projects and ensure data accuracy and timeliness.
• Prepare, review, and maintain project cost reports and analyses for visibility and forecasting.
• Monitor costs, identify trends and risks, and communicate impact to leadership.
• Liaise with project teams and clients on cost control matters and provide practical guidance.
• Lead, mentor, and review work of cost analysis staff when needed.
• Deliver clear reports and presentations communicating complex cost matters to stakeholders.
