You will prepare and maintain cost reports, monitor man-hours, and forecast expenditures while collaborating with project teams to support informed decision-making. The role requires a university degree in a related field and at least three years in project cost control, with strong Excel skills and experience in cost management systems.

Formación

• University degree or equivalent in engineering, finance, accounting, or related field.
• Three+ years in project cost control, cost engineering or project controls.
• Experience preparing project cost reports, monitoring costs and forecasts.
• Experience tracking man-hours and analyzing cost performance against plans.
• Exposure to cost estimating for scope changes and extra work orders.
• Understanding of how scope, schedule, resources, productivity and cost relate.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare, maintain, and review project cost reports with visibility of actual costs, commitments, and forecast expenditure.
• Monitor costs and man-hours against budgets, identify variances and communicate findings to stakeholders.
• Analyze cost and productivity data to support forecast updates and identify overruns.
• Identify trends, deviations, and provide actionable insights for timely corrective action.
• Assist in cost estimates for contract scope changes and variations.
