Worley is seeking a Senior Cost Analyst to join our Project Controls team in the USA-LA Cameron area. The role focuses on coordinating cost analysis, preparing cost reports, forecasting, and providing actionable insights to project leadership and clients.

Ideal candidates will have a university degree in a relevant field, 7+ years in cost analysis or project controls, and strong communication skills to articulate complex cost information clearly across technical and non-technical audiences.

Qualifications

• University degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of experience in cost analysis or project controls.
• Advanced knowledge of cost management principles and tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience preparing cost reports and forecasts.
• Ability to communicate cost matters clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate cost analysis activities across major and complex projects to ensure complete, accurate cost information.
• Prepare, review, and maintain project cost reports and forecasts for visibility of cost performance.
• Monitor project costs, identify trends/risks, and communicate impact to leadership and stakeholders.
• Establish relationships with project management, clients, finance, engineering, procurement, and site teams.
• Lead site visits to verify field reporting and improve data quality.
• Develop and implement effective cost control processes and tools.
• Prepare and deliver reports and recommendations to communicate cost matters to leadership.
