Job summary

TRIWAVE Solutions INC is seeking two Data Analysts onsite in Baton Rouge, LA, with remote availability in the continental US. You will turn financial and time coding data into allocation statistics, building models and projections behind PACAP and related methodologies.

Responsibilities include collecting and reconciling data across multiple federal funds, documenting cost pools, and developing allocation matrices. Strong Excel, SQL, and BI skills are required for model building and reporting.

Qualifications

• Experience generating cost allocation plans and related deliverables.
• Data analysis experience across financial data sources.
• Strong understanding of cost pools, allocation bases and coding structures.

Responsibilities

• Collect and analyze expenditure, payroll, time coding and grant data across federal funds.
• Document cost pools, allocation bases, coding structures and claiming flows.
• Test time coding controls and reconcile hours to charges and claims.
• Build allocation matrices and formulas, and calculate allocation statistics (e.g., FTEs, caseload).
• Develop the Fiscal Impact Projection Model comparing federal and state shares.
• Prepare Cost Pool Reporting and Coding Matrix in LW financial systems.
• Prepare PACAP allocation schedules and supporting documentation.
• Validate allocation calculations after implementation and update models from feedback.
• Support responses to federal reviewer data requests.
• Maintain audit-ready workpapers and submit timesheets.
