The role requires 5+ years in cost accounting within manufacturing, strong GAAP/IFRS knowledge, and proficiency with SAP.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field. A Master's degree or CPA would be an advantage.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in cost accounting, preferably within the manufacturing industry.
• Proficient in GAAP and IFRS accounting standards.
• Experience in preparing weekly and monthly financial reports and forecasts.
• Strong budget management skills.
• Experience in managing aged inventory, rebate accruals, and scrap factor calculations.
• Proficient in using SAP or similar accounting software.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex financial information in a clear and concise manner.
• Proven leadership skills, with the ability to manage and motivate a team.

Responsibilities

• Lead the cost accounting function, ensuring compliance with GAAP and IFRS.
