Zusammenfassung

Infinitum is seeking a hands-on Cost Accounting Manager in Austin to lead cost accounting, CBOMs, and inventory valuation for US and Mexico operations. You will own standard costing, variances, and manufacturing close while partnering with Supply Chain, Engineering, Operations, and FP&A to optimize working capital.

You will directly manage the Senior Plant Accountant in Mexico and travel to the Saltillo facility at least quarterly.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance or related field.
• 7+ years of progressive manufacturing accounting experience.
• Strong experience with costed BOMs, standard costing, and inventory valuation.
• Experience partnering with Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, and FP&A.
• Spanish language preferred but not required.

Aufgaben

• Own CBOM creation, maintenance, and approval processes.
• Reconcile CBOM costs to standard costs and investigate variances.
• Manage inventory accounting for raw materials, WIP, and finished goods.
• Lead month-end close for manufacturing and inventory activities.
• Drive DIO reduction while maintaining customer service and manufacturing continuity.
• Partner with Saltillo plant leadership and travel quarterly.
