Nexthop.ai, headquartered in Santa Clara, seeks a Cost Accounting Manager to own product costing, inventory accounting and manufacturing overhead. You will partner with Operations, Supply Chain, and the CM team to build the cost foundation.

The role requires hands-on costing, standard costing, BOM cost rolls, labor and overhead rates, and variance analysis. Experience with contract manufacturing and ERP systems is essential; 7+ years in manufacturing cost accounting with 3+ years leading teams

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance is required.
• 7+ years of progressive cost accounting experience in manufacturing.
• 3+ years of people management experience.
• Hands-on product costing experience: standard costing, BOM cost rolls, labor and overhead rates, variance analysis.

Responsabilidades

• Own standard costs, BOM and routing cost rolls, inventory revaluations, labor and overhead absorption rates, and WIP accounting.
• Reconcile consigned balances with contract manufacturers and tie subledger to GL monthly.
• Own E&O, NPI, and lower-of-cost-or-NRV reserves; review inventory adjustments and write-offs.
