Position Overview

We are seeking a Senior Cost Accounting Manager to lead and strengthen cost accounting activities across multiple manufacturing locations. This individual will play a key role in standard costing, product costing, inventory valuation, variance analysis, and financial reporting while partnering closely with plant and finance leadership.

The ideal candidate brings deep, hands-on manufacturing cost accounting experience and has successfully supported multiple plants. This role offers the opportunity to establish consistent processes across locations while providing actionable financial insights that improve manufacturing performance and profitability.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead standard costing, product costing, and inventory valuation across multiple manufacturing facilities.
• Analyze material, labor, and overhead variances and identify opportunities to improve margins and operational performance.
