Austin Regional Clinic (ARC) is seeking a Cost Accounting Manager to oversee accounts payable, intercompany, and allocated cost transactions, ensuring GAAP compliance and timely processing. You will lead a team of AP professionals and drive process improvements across the accounting function.

The role emphasizes maintaining internal controls, coordinating monthly closes, and leveraging ERP systems to support operational and financial integrity within a growing organization.

Qualifications

• Oversee accounts payable, intercompany, and allocated cost transactions.
• Ensure GAAP compliance, timely processing, and policy adherence.
• Lead and develop a team of accounts payable professionals.

Responsibilities

• Prepares journal entries and workpapers for support in GAAP.
• Coordinate posting to general and subsidiary ledgers for monthly close.
• Review month-end trial balances for accuracy and reasonableness.
• Coordinate monthly close of payables, purchasing and inventory in ERP.
• Understand cash funding requirements to ensure timely payments.
• Prepare accurate monthly and year-end accruals.
