Qualifications

• CPA certification required.
• Experience with cost accounting and job costing systems.
• IFRS knowledge, IAS 2, inventory valuation experience.
• Experience leading a small team (1-3 staff).

Responsibilities

• Maintain standard costing and job costing systems.
• Set and update standard costs, bills of materials, labor and overhead rates.
• Analyze purchase price, labor, overhead, and production variances.
• Own inventory valuation and reserves under IFRS (IAS 2).
• Lead physical inventory counts and cycle count reconciliations.
• Manage inventory and COGS entries in month-end close.
• Deliver product and customer margin analysis; support budgeting for manufacturing costs.
• Partner with operations on pricing, make-vs-buy, and cost reduction decisions.
• Support audits and intercompany transfer pricing; strengthen costing controls and ERP processes.
