The ideal candidate has 3+ years in cost accounting within manufacturing or medical device environments and can collaborate effectively with operations, procurement, and finance teams. Strong Excel and ERP skills are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 3+ years of cost accounting experience, preferably in manufacturing or medical device environments.
• Strong understanding of standard costing, variance analysis, and inventory accounting.

Responsibilities

• Analyze manufacturing costs and prepare regular reports comparing standard costs to actual production costs.
• Develop and maintain cost accounting systems, documentation, and records.
• Conduct margin analysis and inventory valuation for monthly close processes.
• Support budgeting and forecasting activities by providing detailed cost data.
• Partner with operations, procurement, and supply chain teams to identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Monitor inventory transactions for accuracy and identify variances.
• Assist in internal and external audits related to cost accounting and inventory.
• Develop and improve cost allocation processes and tools to enhance efficiency and reporting
