  • Partner closely with operations leadership to analyze and optimize COGS and production expenses.
  • Perform detailed reviews of inventory transactions, reconciliations, and adjustments to ensure accuracy across multiple facilities.
  • Develop and refine costing models that reflect true production costs, identifying inefficiencies and savings opportunities.
  • Prepare and maintain key financial reports supporting manufacturing performance, material usage, and overhead absorption.

  • Support internal controls and participate in month‑end close and reporting cycles.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • 5+ years of cost accounting experience within a manufacturing or plant environment.

  • Proven ability to communicate effectively with both accounting and operations stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • CPA or CMA designation.
  • Experience in multi‑plant or multi‑entity manufacturing environments.
  • Exposure to process improvement or lean manufacturing initiatives.

Why This Role:

  • Stable and growing organization with multiple U.S. manufacturing locations.
  • High visibility position reporting directly to senior finance leadership.
  • Opportunity to make a measurable impact on cost accuracy and operational profitability.
  • Competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits package.
  • On‑site role with no travel required.
