The role focuses on cost analysis, variances, inventory reporting, and month-end close support within a manufacturing environment. Ideal candidates have a bachelor's in accounting and 3+ years of cost accounting experience with standard costing; advanced Excel skills and SAP experience are a plus, and the ability to work independently is essential.

Desired Skills and Experience

• Cost Analysis and reporting of manufacturing variances
• Cost variances will include: labor, material, scrap, overhead, etc.
• Inventory analysis and reporting.
• Month end close support, including journal entries.
• Standard cost development in SAP/ERP with supply chain, manufacturing and engineering.
• Forecasting and budgeting related to production/variances.

• 3+ years' cost accounting experience (standard costing).
