You will partner with operations, analyze manufacturing costs, improve processes, and drive business decisions through detailed financial analysis using SAP and Excel for reports and insights.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 2+ years cost accounting experience in manufacturing.
• 2+ years SAP experience.
• Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, data analysis).

Responsibilities

• Analyze manufacturing costs, inventory, and profitability trends.
• Maintain and review standard costing methodologies.
• Perform COGS analysis and reporting.
• Analyze inventory valuation, counts, and cycle counts.
• Review and maintain BOM accuracy.
• Support month-end close activities related to inventory and manufacturing operations.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and process improvements.
• Partner with engineering, operations, logistics, and sales teams for insights.

This role is ideal for an accounting professional who enjoys partnering with operations, analyzing manufacturing costs, improving processes, and driving business decisions through financial analysis.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze manufacturing costs, inventory, and profitability trends
• Maintain and review standard costing methodologies
• Perform Cost of Goods Sold (COGS) analysis and reporting
• Analyze inventory valuation, physical inventory counts, and cycle counts
• Review and maintain Bill of Materials (BOM) accuracy
• Support month-end close activities related to inventory and manufacturing operations
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and process improvements
• Partner with engineering, operations, logistics, and sales teams to provide meaningful financial insights
• Utilize SAP and Excel to develop reports and analyze operational performance

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 2+ years of cost accounting experience within a manufacturing environment
• 2+ years of SAP experience
• Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, data analysis, reporting)
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
