Job summary

KBW Financial Staffing and Recruiting is partnering with a growing manufacturing company in Chelmsford, MA to fill a Cost Accountant role. You will join an established accounting team with exposure to both financial and operational accounting.

The ideal candidate has manufacturing accounting experience and will analyze costs, improve reporting and support the monthly close, partnering with cross-functional teams to drive cost visibility and process improvements.

Qualifications

• Manufacturing/Cost accounting experience required.
• Strong Excel and analytical skills.
• Experience with month-end close.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.

KBW Financial Staffing and Recruiting is working with a growing manufacturing company in Chelmsford, MA seeking a Cost Accountant. This position will be part of an established accounting team and will have exposure to both financial and operational accounting.

The ideal candidate will have manufacturing accounting experience and enjoy working with different areas of the business to analyze costs, improve reporting and support the monthly close.

Requirements

• Previous accounting experience within a manufacturing environment
• Cost and inventory accounting experience
• Solid understanding of general accounting and month-end close
• Experience working with ERP/accounting systems
• Strong Excel and analytical skills
• Ability to communicate effectively across different areas of an organization
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field preferred

Compensation: $80K–$110K plus bonus and excellent benefits. Hybrid schedule with regular in-office presence.
