DeWinter Group is seeking a Cost Accountant to support inventory data, standard costs, and production cost analysis within a dynamic manufacturing environment.

This onsite role in Bedford, NH collaborates with procurement and production teams to optimize cost management, assist month-end close, and strengthen internal controls essential to growth. Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance and 2–3 years cost accounting experience required.

Qualificações

• Proficient with Windows-based software, especially Excel and Word.

Cost Accountant

Required Skills:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 2-3 years of cost accounting experience in a manufacturing setting
• Proficient in Windows-based software, particularly Excel and Word
• Experience with ERP systems such as Oracle, SAP, or NetSuite is a plus
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to review, interpret, and communicate complex data

Nice to Have Skills:

• Knowledge of manufacturing variance analysis and standard costing
• Experience supporting internal controls and compliance procedures like JSOX
• Hands-on experience with inventory management and reconciliation processes

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline
• Minimum of 2 years in a manufacturing cost accounting environment, preferably with exposure to standard cost systems and inventory valuation

Other Requirements:

• This position is onsite in Bedford, NH, at the company’s headquarters with no remote work option.
• Regular office hours are from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, with flexible start times and early departures accommodated.
• The candidate should be prepared to work in a fast-paced environment, supporting a growing and evolving accounting team.
