Job summary

Chippewa Valley Technical College (CVTC) is building a pool of qualified candidates to teach Cosmetology and Nail Technician courses as adjunct or substitute instructors. Courses may be online, face-to-face, or a mix, with on-site meetings required and campuses in Eau Claire and surrounding areas.

Preferred candidates will have a cosmetology diploma, state licensure, and teaching or training experience, with ability to integrate technology into instruction and meet CVTC standards.

Qualifications

• Cosmetology diploma from an accredited program and Cosmetology Practitioner license.
• Minimum of 2 years (4,000 hours) of occupational experience in target field.
• License and currency in Cosmetology; Wisconsin license requirements.
• Teaching experience and ability to teach online; technology integration.
• Qualified per CVTC requirements and able to meet accrediting standards.
