Job summary

Chippewa Valley Technical College (CVTC) is establishing a pool of qualified candidates for adjunct and/or substitute instructor positions in Auto Collision Repair & Refinish Technician courses. Eligible candidates may be considered based on departmental needs and availability.

All CVTC instructors are required to conduct in-person sessions and meet with students regularly. Online instructors must reside within driving distance of CVTC campuses in Chippewa Falls, Eau Claire, Menomonie,

Qualifications

Associate’s degree from an accredited college or university in a field preparing a person for the occupational area being taught.
Minimum of 2 years (4,000 hours) of occupational experience in the target job; at least 1 year (2,000 hours) within 5 years prior to hire. One year of recent teaching experience may be waived if 2 years of post-secondary teaching experience exist within 5 years.
Prior teaching or training experience preferred.
Qualified per CVTC requirements at time of and throughout employment, meeting HLC, FQAS or other licensing standards.
In evaluating candidates, the College may consider a combination of education, training, and experience to perform duties.

Plan for and instruct courses in the Auto Collision Repair & Refinish Technician area.
