Job summary

Mandara Spa is seeking a professional Cosmetologist to uphold high standards in skincare, waxing, massage, and body treatments at our Hawaii resort location. You will drive staff training, ensure sanitation, and coordinate programs with spa leadership to meet service goals.

The role requires 3–5 years in a luxury spa environment, cosmetology training from an accredited school, and an active Hawaii cosmetologist license. Strong guest relations and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in a high-end resort or urban spa environment.
• Cosmetology training from an accredited school.
• Current Hawaii cosmetologist license is required.
• Strong communication and guest-relations skills.

Responsibilities

• Proficient in skincare, waxing, massage, and body treatments.
• Maintain product knowledge and retail offerings.
• Follow sanitation procedures and spa protocols.
• Complete computer training for applicable software.
• Lead and participate in ongoing training for new and current technicians.
• Collaborate with spa leadership to meet daily and weekly service targets.
• Coordinate training materials and ensure sign-off by technicians.
