Mandara Spa is seeking a skilled Cosmetologist to lead training and education across spa services, including skincare, waxing, massage, nails, and product knowledge. The role emphasizes adherence to standards, sanitation, and ongoing education for technicians to ensure best practices in room.

The position requires a Hawaii cosmetologist license, 3–5 years in a high‑end spa, and strong communication skills. You will collaborate with the spa director to drive service quality and guest satisfaction

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience preferred in a high‑end spa environment.
• Must possess a Hawaii cosmetologist license and current licensure.
• Experience training staff and coordinating programs is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Provide training on spa services and protocols to technicians and staff.
• Coordinate and execute standardized training programs for new hires.
• Aim to meet or exceed retail/service goals through coaching and mentoring.
• Work with Spa Director to set daily/weekly targets for the service group.
• Maintain inventory, orders, and proper PAR levels to reduce waste.
• Lead technical interviews and ensure compliance with Steiner spa standards.
