Job summary

The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. is seeking an inspirational and dynamic Assistant Store Manager to lead and coach a team of Sales Associates, driving sales, customer service and store operations.

The role requires proven supervisory experience, cosmetics retail background, POS software proficiency, and the ability to work flexible retail hours; a comprehensive benefits package is provided as part of a competitive compensation mix.

Qualifications

• Proven retail experience preferably within cosmetics.
• Ability to provide inspirational, authentic and personalized customer service.
• Previous supervisory experience with coaching/mentoring others to achieve sales and customer service targets.
• Retail operations experience including inventory management and cash reconciliation.
• Ability to work retail hours including days, nights, weekends and special events in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous experience with retail point-of-sale software.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop the Sales Associates to achieve sales, service and operational targets.
• Support the Store Manager in daily store operations and customer experience.
