Job summary

CosmoProf Beauty in Washington state is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the Store Manager in hiring, developing and leading store associates, ensuring exceptional customer experiences, and upholding brand standards. You will help set strategies to hit KPIs and financial targets, and coordinate omnichannel activities to drive sales.

In this role you’ll train and develop teams, recruit when needed, manage operations, scheduling, inventory, and safety.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• 3+ years retail sales/customer service experience preferred.
• At least 1 year prior management experience preferred.
• Ability to lead or support a team to meet business objectives.
• Effective communication with team and management.
• Scheduling availability to meet business needs.
• Cosmetology license desirable, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide supervision and guidance to associates to deliver exceptional client experiences and drive sales/KPIs.
• Train and develop teams; actively recruit to build candidate network.
• Ensure execution of company processes including Omni-channel strategies (SFS/SDD/BOPIS).
• Manage inventory and payroll hours; oversee store opening/closing procedures.
