Qualifications

• 3+ years in customer service/retail; 1 year in sales management.
• Experience in operational, financial and performance management.
• Cosmetology license is a plus but not required.
• Self-starter attitude with drive to learn, develop and educate staff and customers.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Passion for hair and beauty.
