Job summary

Kroger Co. Caldwell is looking for a dependable team member to deliver outstanding customer service in the department and support store goals. You will help keep the area safe, clean, and well stocked while assisting customers with product information and suggestions.

Responsibilities include stocking, labeling, following ads, and maintaining displays, with strict adherence to health, safety, and loss-prevention procedures. Attendance and reliability are essential.

Qualifications

Must be 18 years or older.
Must meet the physical demands of the position.
Basic math skills including counting, addition, and subtraction.

Responsibilities

Create an environment where customers feel welcome and valued by answering questions about products.
Gain and maintain knowledge of department products to respond to questions and make suggestions.
Label, stock and inventory department merchandise.
Report ordering/shipping discrepancies to the department manager.
Stay current with ads and adjust displays accordingly.
Adhere to health and safety codes and schedule operating hours.
Provide excellent customer service and maintain a clean, organized department.
Keep displays stocked and in good condition, monitor arrival dates.
Assist with merchandising and loss prevention measures.
Follow company policies and complete paperwork as required.
