Michael Page is seeking a Sales Project Manager in New Jersey to lead project management for cosmetic brands and development teams. You will coordinate timelines, samples, approvals, and production requirements across Sales, R&D, Packaging, Operations, Quality, and Manufacturing.

You should have experience in sales or FMCG project management, strong organizational and communication skills, and the ability to analyze project data and drive cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned customer accounts and new product development projects.
• Partner with Sales to oversee projects from concept to commercialization.
• Coordinate timelines, deliverables, samples, specs, approvals, and production needs.
• Act as a bridge between customers and internal teams (Sales, R&D, Packaging/Components, Operations, Quality, Manufacturing).
• Track multiple projects, identify delays, maintain timelines and align with expectations.
• Coordinate samples, revisions, testing, approvals, and customer feedback.
• Clarify product requirements, packaging needs, development timelines with customers.
• Communicate project status to customers and internal stakeholders.
• Support Sales in meetings, presentations, discussions, follow-ups.
• Identify opportunities to expand relationships and support new business development.
• Ensure commitments and deadlines are documented and communicated.
• Troubleshoot issues and coordinate cross-department solutions.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and CRM records.
