Job summary

Astrix in New York City seeks an experienced Project Manager to drive new product development projects from concept through commercialization. The role requires leading cross-functional teams across R&D, manufacturing, supply chain, and marketing to ensure on-time delivery and project success.

The position is hybrid, based in New York City, with on-site days and additional on-site presence as needed to meet project needs.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of project management experience.
• Experience leading cross-functional projects across R&D, manufacturing, supply chain, and marketing.
• Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects from planning through execution.
• Manage timelines, milestones, risks, and stakeholder communications.
• Coordinate activities across manufacturing, supply chain, logistics, quality, and other functions.
• Drive projects related to NPD, cost savings, tech transfers, artwork changes, and operational improvements.
• Provide regular project updates and ensure successful delivery of project objectives.
