TA Resources LLC is seeking an R&D Assistant for our client in Lake Forest, IL. This full-time office role supports R&D, regulatory, and suppliers to maintain databases, literature, and documentation for cosmetic products.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's in Cosmetic Science or related field, strong Excel/Office skills, and excellent communication. Experience in cosmetics/contract manufacturing is preferred, with ability to manage multiple projects.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in cosmetics industry or related field.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills; highly organized and capable of managing multiple projects.
• Good written and verbal communication; able to adapt to changing priorities.
• Proficient in Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint.

Aufgaben

• Work with R&D, Regulatory and vendors to maintain R&D databases and documentation.
• Build relationships with raw material suppliers and manage inventory for efficiencies.
• Support customers with raw material research, formula updates, and regulatory docs.
• Maintain electronic formula data and BOMs; coordinate with departments for sign-offs.
• Research trends and ingredients to support new development.
• Identify alternate suppliers for cost savings or dual sourcing.
