Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Associate degree in chemistry or related sciences.
• Strong Excel, Word and PowerPoint skills.

• Must be able to prioritize and manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Lab Operations & Housekeeping: maintain organization and cleanliness of the R&D lab and routine/quarterly housekeeping activities.
• Equipment Maintenance & Utilities: calibrate pH meter daily and coordinate maintenance with vendors.
• Consumables & Component Management: monitor and order lab supplies to avoid stockouts and maintain inventory.
• Sample, Retain, and Stability Support: assist stability coordinator with organizing samples and retain materials.
• Batch Preparation & Support: assist with bulk requests and prepare finished samples for customer requests.
• Inventory Management – Existing Raw Materials: maintain organized RM inventory, refilling and relabeling as needed.
