Responsibilities

• Own the project lifecycle from technology transfer to contract manufacturing partners through final product delivery.
• Coordinate commercial and financial aspects with CM partners, including pricing and POs.
• Receive formulations from R&D and confirm production readiness with CM partners.
• Lead tech transfer, scale-up trials, process validation, and pilot batch approvals.
• Manage CM relationships, MOQ, lead times, procurement, and production scheduling.
• Maintain BOM documentation, vendor sourcing, and traceability through manufacturing.
• Work with Quality on COA approvals, in-process checks, and batch reviews.
• Coordinate packaging, labeling, and finished-goods logistics for on-time delivery.
