Job summary

L&R is seeking a Field Merchandiser to service retail stores across the West, Central, and East Coasts, including Breckenridge, CO. The role is part-time to full-time, with 30–40 hours weekly and a $21.00/hour pay rate.

You will place orders, reset displays, implement planograms, and ensure shelves meet standards using tablets and Repsly. Benefits include 401K options, medical/dental/vision coverage for full-time staff, mileage reimbursement, and paid drive time.

Qualifications

• Previous merchandising or retail experience.
• Familiarity with resets, planograms and store footage is a plus.
• Retail sales and inventory control knowledge is a plus.
• Ability to safely use a ladder or step stool to access higher fixtures.

Responsibilities

• Place orders for required inventory according to store guidelines using a tablet and scanner with Repsly.
• Service store routes according to assigned call frequencies with the District Manager.
• Follow store visit process including merchandising delivery, taking photos, and maintaining stock levels.
