Job summary

Von Maur is seeking a Cosmetic Counter Manager to lead our cosmetic line operations and inspire a team of beauty advisors to meet counter goals. You will drive sales, coach staff, and deliver outstanding customer experiences while maintaining brand standards.

In this role you will plan events, manage gift-with-purchase programs, and build relationships with clients to grow the counter business. You will work a rotation of day, evening, and weekend shifts, with generous benefits and growth

What You’ll Do

• Motivate associates to deliver outstanding customer service – train, coach and lead by example
• Develop relationships to grow your counter business
• Execute all duties of a cosmetics sales associate and meet individual sales and account goals
• Assess associate performance to improve the quality of service the customer receives, increase sales, and meet counter goals
• Plan and execute successful cosmetic events and gift with purchase events
• Be available to work a rotation of day, evening, and weekend shifts
