Von Maur is seeking a Cosmetic Counter Manager to oversee our cosmetic line and inspire a team of beauty advisors to achieve counter goals. You’ll drive service excellence and ensure a premium customer experience.

You’ll motivate associates, develop relationships to grow the counter business, execute sales activities, plan events, and manage a rotating schedule of day, evening, and weekend shifts. Von Maur supports growth and internal promotion.
