Von Maur in the United States is seeking a Cosmetic Counter Manager to lead a beauty counter, drive sales, and inspire a team of beauty advisors to meet counter goals.

You will motivate associates to deliver outstanding customer service, develop relationships to grow the counter business, and manage events and gift-with-purchase programs while working a variable schedule including days, evenings, and weekends.

• Be available to work a rotation of day, evening, and weekend shifts
