Job summary

Von Maur is seeking a Cosmetic Counter Manager to lead our cosmetics counter, manage daily operations, and inspire a team of beauty advisors to hit personal and counter goals. You will train, coach, and model exceptional customer service while building counter relationships to grow the business.

The role offers a blend of sales leadership, event planning for cosmetics, and a commitment to flexible scheduling, including days, evenings, and weekends.
