Job summary

Von Maur is seeking a Cosmetic Counter Manager in Columbus, OH to oversee all operations of a cosmetic line and inspire a team of beauty advisors to reach counter goals. The role requires leading by example and driving customer service excellence at the store level.

You will motivate staff, nurture relationships with customers to grow counter business, and coordinate events and promotions while ensuring adherence to company standards and policies.

Responsibilities

• Motivate associates to deliver outstanding customer service through coaching and leading by example.
• Develop relationships to grow your counter business.
• Execute all duties of a cosmetics sales associate and meet sales and account goals.
• Assess associate performance to improve service quality and sales.
• Plan and host cosmetic events and gift-with-purchase activities.
• Be available for a rotation of day, evening, and weekend shifts.

• Be available to work a rotation of day, evening, and weekend shifts
